Content is the primary tool for marketing in the world today. Even when looking at other styles, it often veers off into content in one way, or another. Social media, for example, requires content to drive engagement, as does more direct advertising, media marketing, ect. I used to be 133 lbs and i became 110-112 lbs after going to the gym for about 3 months.
Im 5’2. Im content with my weight but i still have a little bit of fat left on my stomach. I started using P90X 2 weeks ago and all i want is to be able to tone my muscles. Is drinking whey protein after workout will help me tone my muscles? flatten and tighten my tummy?
Im super interested in having a career in internet marketing, advertising, promotion, and PR. So I want to know what it like to have this career, and to have your office simply as your laptop. Is this a good long term career? How well does it pay? How do I charge clients and how much and how often? And, I would love the advice and insight from a person who works in internet marketing, thanks!
Ok i need a laptop next year for college. I want one right now for senior year. I know Macs last longer but Pcs have access which might be important since i wanna study economics or business. Any advice?
i hear theres been a lot of problems with using pc software

Been thinkin about buying a new computer for a while….
New commercials ive been seeing, about the guy who’s a Mac and the other guy’s a Windows PC….
Well, I use a computer a lot for the internet, i like games and webcams, chatting and photos and movies and all that, but i also like researching and writing documents for college.
i’VE never had a MAC computer, but ive gone throught several several computers in my life, all windows and they all end up crashing real bad, sketching, skipping, freezing, EXTREMELY SLOW…..
Is it the computer, or is it me and the applications i use?
I don’t want to spend $2,000 for a new MAC if it’s gonna freeze and sketch because i’ll be doing the same stuff on it.
So, should i just keep buying new PCs the rest of my life?
In that case, if i just keep buying new computers forever, i might as well buy a Mac once…. hahaha
But, seriously… WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?!?!!?
WHAT SHOULD I BUY?!?!?!
feel free to leave, opinions, advice, personal experiences, and SOURCES
Just two things:
1. What the heck is OS X?
and
2. So, basically either computer will run like shit after about a year?

Hi people,
I was wondering if people here could lend me a hand with the SEO on my companies website.
I run a web and graphic design company in Dorset, UK. Working mainly locally and trying to target local businesses with our services.
the URL is http://www.aztec-online.com
I do have a reasonable SEO knowledge, but I am no expert. I will go through the steps I have already taken to improve my SEO and if there is anything I am doing wrong, or missed out please could you let me know.
Currently we dont rank very well for many keywords except the company name ‘Aztec Online’ and 17th for ‘Web Design Wimborne’. The main keywords I would like to target are, ‘Web Design Dorset’, ‘Web Design Poole’, ‘Professional Web Design’, ‘Affordable Web Design’ and all these but for graphic design too.
This is what I have currently done on the website: –
Worked on site content, getting a keyword density of about 5 to 10%
Optimised the image tags, with alts, filenames etc
Optmised the Anchor tags, with titles and keywords within them as well as keywords in url
used keywords in title, header tags
made sure my keywords appear near the top and the bottom
made sure google can see all my links
bolded keywords
supplied an address to help it rank bettter locally
I am currently rebuilding a new website at http://www.aztec-online.com/AztecOnline2, which I am going to apply all the correct changes to in order to have a better chance of ranking well.
I have also started to try and build up links by doing the following:-
including a link on every clients website web create
a small amount of blog comments
article submission
related directories and local directorys
google local maps
email marketing
am about to start with a press release
finally a few web design assoications
I dont know what else I can do, and I don’t know how long it will take to start ranking. I have pretty much no budget for SEO, but I am also using AdWords.
Can I get some advice from some of the friendly experts on here?
If any ideas, please help.
You can e-mail me if you want to tell me something personal(like a story or something).
I will be glad to read it and learn someting new.
Thanks a bunch.
Your friend.
Who can become a content writer. What are qualifications required to become a content writer?
i’ve started a website http://www.socalspaces.com and was wondering the best way to promote the site with a limited budget. Does anyone have any good practical business advice?
I want to be an editor of books or scripts after high school, and I’m just ending my junior year. I really have no idea where to start. I know I need to major in English (any specific?) Though I don’t know what to minor in. I also have no idea how to get a starting job in that career. And I don’t know what would be a good college to go into (in Michigan)
I heard that this job market was shrinking too, so if anything, is there any jobs that may be similar to editing?
I know it’s a lot of questions, but I really want to make sure I’m picking the right choice for a career…
I’m getting kind of bored with the current sites I know. I used to have a huge list of fun websites on a word document but then my computer crashed.
I already know about
pandora
hulu
youtube
girlgames
girlgogames
azdresup
miniclip
dresupgames.com
barbie
americangirl
I’m pretty much open to anything, makeup and fashion sites, videos, virtual worlds, fan sites, games, anything goes, except for porn and anything related to Twilight.
I like long lists. Links are greatly appreciated. : )
Thanks for all the answers so many cool sites I’ve never heard of!
I’m looking to buy me a laptop that will ideally last me at least 4 years, but I need help since this is my first one so I really have no experience to speak of. Specs I would like to see:
-Core 2 Duo
-at least 160 GB of hard drive space
-2 GB or more of RAM
-a good video card
So far, I’ve seen what I MIGHT want in an Acer laptop although I found the video card lacking, while the 13″ Mac book Pro does seem to offer what I want but the price is kind of scaring me away. I’m most probably going to be using the laptop for 3D design and gaming, but I’m open to any suggestion. Oh and I’d rather not buy the Alienwares – though they meet my requirements, they’re too pricey and I’ve heard too many crash stories to feel safe buying them. I might buy the 13″ Mac book Pro if I can be convinced they are genuinely good (PC user here), but is there a choice to upgrade video cards, possibly at some later date?
Its on a site called WordPress.com my username is alyssaa23 and I just started. I will posting 2 twice everyday it just depends. Give me advice please. Or follow me and read all my blogs. Or topics please. Im new there.
I know i know, i’m not all for the speech about morals or anything. i just REALLY need the money, and after watching that true life ep. with that girl who doesn’t haft to work because of her website, well i was sold. i don’t need another horrible fast food job to help push me through college because my scholarship isn’t cutting it, plus there’s the rent and other bills and other stuff. live web cam shows with chats, selling my pics and other stuff, blogs, and so on, i think i can get a pretty good crowd going, i just have no clue of where to start. some advice would be much appreciated please =)
thanks, i’ve considered sites like livejasmine, but thats not what i’m looking for. i want to own my own site so all of the profit goes my way =)

I am interested in starting my own business, but it is for a service that is relatively new, and I need to figure out a price point for it. I would like to conduct market research by having people who are in my target demographic take a very short survey. I am not above paying people to take the survey (1-10 cents per survey), but, needless to say, funds are extremely limited. As a consumer, I have signed up with companies online to take surveys for a couple of pennies. How can I be the person on the other end getting the information?
I want better Alex rank and more traffic. Would like to hear some fast and short term methods that helps! Thanks in advance.
anything special that I can do whenever I want
can give me another idea

(and why wouldn’t this question post without asterisks? Is it somehow subversive?)
What do you think is better?
drjbpa – ok, that was funny.
Im going to be getting my internet marketing degree and I want to know the career possibilities that are out there. I would love to work in Marketing, PR, and Advertising in Entertainment, Luxury and Travel. Are those possible? Would love to hear insight from a person in Marketing, and what day to day is like.
here is the dilemma, about to start my final year at uni in media production where we use pretty much all adobe’s software.
My budget is around £1000 area, baring in mind i get %16 discount on macs. i like the idea of a mac, however im aware that i could get more for my money, but im unsure of what.
I either want a laptop which can handle adobe very well with the possibility of some gaming (counter-strike being the founder of this passion). but are laptops capable of such things? surly keyboard and mouse ftw.
or a top of the range desktop which is sufficient enough that i will not miss the portability of a laptop.
another area which interests me is the ability that mac have of duel booting, having os and windows on one machine would be great, that’s of course if i even need it, maybe macs can handle gaming after all!
I realise this is an awkward dilemma, as i want it for video-editing and gaming but also portability would be great, does such machine out there exist? or am i going to have to sacrifice an element?
Also my path in which i wish to take is advertising! do they use specific computers???
would be very helpful if you could jot down ur views, experience and any advice you have. thx
I have to write a 5 page paper for my marketing class. It can be on anything that has to do with the subject. I’d like to do something interesting, but I’m having a problem coming up with a topic.Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
ANyone know any good websites to cure boredom. Ive got FB, yahoo answers and youtube but i “finished them” all today. Any good website to visit? Not porn websites or anything dodgy. 10 points for the suggestion i find most fun.
