Boaters take advantage of broken parking meter

The City of Cape Coral is losing several hundred dollars a week because of a broken parking permit machine at the Cape Coral Yacht Club boat ramp on the Caloosahatchee. Even though the machine is broken, boaters don’t get a free ride.
