I am a web designer and added external links from other websites that are related to the sites that I made. Since I know that their websites appear on Google search and are related to my site, I did not bother to ask the website owner about the link that I made. Am I legally liable if they demand to remove the link and I refuse to do it?

a. Making a keyword bold does not influence the way that the search engine looks at the keyword
b. Websites with deep linking are looked at favorably by search engines
c. search engine robots follow the first link they find to any particular page and they do not follow additional links to the same page
d. It is not a good idea to have the same anchor text for all inbound links as it could look automated to the search engines

I have a game website that I am creating, but I dont know how or where to get good content for my site. I have RSS but I only know how to use external links from others pages. Of course this only shows a box with text. Is there anywhere I can find screenshots or game trailer content that I can add by html? I have changed the URL’s once before and it was the biggest hassle to get everything re-indexed with google. If I change the url’s does google look at it as a different page / website now? Or once they recrawl, they will notice that it as the same information but just a different anchor text. For example, If i have a… http://www.xyz.com/top+fishing+lures+of+2013 and when 2014 comes around, I want to change the 2013 to 2014. I’m just curious about this entire process.
How do you make external links and what are they?

if I add a link to a website in my email – any other text becomes hyperlink text as well. this is annoying
Not sure how this works but I got a response from Rick. This seems to happen only in Firefox – the problem didn’t happen in Safari.
to be as specific as possible
1- I type a message
2- I add a hyperlink using the formatting bar
3- I try to add additional text to my message and it comes out as hyperlink(blue and underlined)

the service is yahoo mail. I thought this Yahoo mail help page. Anyway there is no button to end the hyperlink – I know how to add a link to an email. The current Yahoo mail software requires you to add a link with the hyperlink button – you press the button – enter the link address and press ok. the software should add the code to end the link at the enter info, but it doesn’t

I have a tendency to skip around as I’m typing something. I’ll often start on the intro, then work a bit on the body, then go back to the intro.
Right now, I’m working on a brochure, and skipping around really makes formating a pain. Any idea if there’s a way to anchor the text so that it doesn’t move? (Like if I’m working on text above other text, the text below will go down some lines)

Hi, I’m a beginning scripter and have started to use HTML and JavaScript.
I was wondering if it was possible to create a list in HTML that lists a series of websites. The thing is, I want to link to the websites too, and considering this is going to be a long list, I don’t want to have to type the address everytime for the tags. Here’s an example:

Is there a way (using HTML or maybe even JavaScript) to have the information in the ‘href’ field to be the same as what’s in between the tags automatically? Like, another example:
