I use MS Windows XP Internet Explorer v. 6 with package 3 installed.
My windows froze Monday and after re-installing my original Toshiba laptop CD 3 times, it finally unfroze. What could have caused this?

On my home computer and others, I have no problem accessing a certain website that is connected to my work. When I am in the field using other computers, the search engines can’t seem to locate the website, although in the past, this was not a problem. What has changed? My workplace people do not seem interested in trying to solve this problem, perhaps because they really don’t know how to. Any suggestions or explanations?
