Looking for a place in SW Cape Coral, a florist (the best and closest to SW Cape Coral), and cake designer for my wedding in a April. Please help!!
It just seems like the deals are too good to be true! The homes are much cheeper than other parts of Florida. Is there something wrong with this area?
Me and my parter just moved to Cape Coral from Tampa and we are having trouble finding a new therapist and doctor in order to get his testosterone treatment. We can’t afford to go to far out of the way to get it due to the cost of the treatment and gas in general.
For those of you who are going thru the treatment as well you understand how important this is and why he needs this so badly.
Who ever can best assist us with this problem will be rewarded
Want to relocate from North East.. Anything you can tell me is appreciated-
We are docking our boat out of the marina by the cape coral bridge and want to go down to Marco Island and Naples. How far would it be to take a boat from there? I know it will depend on the motor, but its a deck boat that we use to go water skiing, so its not slow.
I wanted to know what it is like now that all of the houses are foreclosed and up for sale? Is the area changing alot? Is there more crime and lack of services or about the same? Looking for someone who has lived there a few years to give me a feel for what has changed. I liked the area and still considering moving there but want someones perspective (other than a realtor trying to sell me a house…_
I have a multiracial family. So when we choose to move .. we did a lot of research, we decided on Cape Coral. Now I’m hearing a lot of Neg. Comments about the area. There is a web page that lets you compare cities.. crime.. population..ethics etc. Cape Coral seemed like a good place to raise a family, but everyone I talk to, says its a bad idea.. some say go to fort myers, others say either one.. Can someone please help.
My wife and i live in the midwest and were tired of the cold winters. Were not originally from the midwest, were from California and were looking to get back to a warmer climate (but not California). We love Palm Trees, the Ocean and the Sun. We’ve looked into Cape Coral Florida and it “seems” nice and the recent HUGE drop in home prices makes it easily affordable for us. We can pay cash for our home there. We have no bills other than our current mortgage of $490 a month (Zero Credit Card debt & no car payments). We in our mid 40’s and we have NO kids. We do NOT drink, smoke or do drugs at all! We’d like to know if Cape Coral is a nice, low crime area with opportunities for work. I have 17 years of business management & customer service experience and my wife has 10 years experience in the field of Medical billing, Medical Coding & even Collections for the same field. After buying a house there we would still have well over $125,000.00 in savings.
IS Cape Coral Florida safe ? I have heard some terrible facts about neighboring towns so I just wonder if the garbage stays out or has it blown in?
I was thinking of buying a home there.
thanks
Do you carry the Mothers Power ball with the 10″ wand????
