Some much needed rain fell Monday in Southwest Florida, thanks in part to a disturbance in the Bahamas that may have helped to increase moisture over South Florida. Afternoon thunderstorms will again be a possibility Tuesday and Wednesday, although they will be less widespread, as that area of disturbed weather moves away from Florida.
