I’m interested in running for city council next election. But i cant seem to find the requirements (age, residence, ect..).
I don’t know if it is the same everywhere. I live in Lexington KY, if not.
Thanks
What are the responsibilities of the Rancho Cordova City Council?
And what are the 5 most important things to know about this agency?
I just need ideas of something that I can write to a council person about. It’s for a class assignment and I don’t really know much about what city council deal with.
I might run for City Council this year in my ward. The biggest hurdle it the guy I would go against has been there since 1981 and every time he has been up for election, no one has ever ran against him. He defiantly has paid his dues, but I do believe its a time for change and I belive in term limits. Once I file, what suggestions do you have? Where do I start?
yes, I probably will get my but kicked, but its a start in getting my name out there. It is an election year for president so turn out may be better.
Since the Lib Dems gained most seats at the last elections the Council seems to have gone to pot. Incompetence is rife with so many mistakes being made but no-one takes any blame. Is this happening with other councils and are the Liberal Democrats to blame?
