I need a rough estimate to picture in my head. Here are the specs…
Property site is 3.18 acres
3 structures – former car dealership = 23, 000 sf
pre-engineered building= 4,900 sf
masonry building- 2,400 sf
I guess this means the space is roughly 30,300 sf to heat, power, and have air and water.

I am going to visit a friend in Cape Coral FL. I would like to find a good club that spins house (techno) music and also a gym with daily rates. For the club I do not mind driving as long as it is under an hr away. Thanks for any info!
I’m going to Cape Coral, Florida next week for a 10 day vacation and I was wondering, what are some fun things to do around that area? I’m 21 and I’ll be going with my parents and aunt and we’re renting a villa down there. I don’t necessarily have to stick with my family the whole time I’m there but I don’t drive. Suggestions could be for when I’m with my family or if I’m alone.
