Social media optimization and social media marketing really got their start in 2006, with a blog post by Rohit Bhargava. To some extent, it existed before that post, of course; it’s worth noting that Facebook had been founded only two years before. Rohit codified rules, which others expanded on. He updated those rules several years later. As you’d expect, since we’re dealing with the online world, a lot has happened in the six years since Rohit wrote that post. And if you’re trying to understand it all, it’s downright scary. Business Insider posted an insane but painfully accurate infographic…

Why the Distortion of Media? Germany implemented Mini Jobs for those marginally or totally absent from their job market. Many of these part time workers are paid $5 to $10 Euros an hour($6.50-$13 us dollars tax free) and work 15-20 hours a week. At the same time usually they are also getting supplemented with Welfare(housing, food money, spending money, transportation, healthcare) so that is equivalent to another $1100.00 monthly plus healthcare/dental/transportation and also free tuition for college or technical training if they want. The welfare is tax free so $1100.00 monthly plus benefits while working a mini job 15 hrs weekly making $10.00 an hour(tax free) would equal $600 monthly+$1100.00 welfare = $1700.00 monthly plus benefits for working 15 hours weekly or $28 an hour worked plus healthcare/dental/transportation/free college tuition! Now the Wall Street Journal likes and other Media outlets fail to mention these facts unfortunately so the American Public has a skewed view on Germany and other countries. And what about the poor taxi driver in German who ake $5.00 Euros an hour? Yeah but what about the tips he/she gets from their customers I met Taxi drivers who in Germany who make around $40,000 Euros yearly so another skewed story. Or the poor mother who has to support her 2 sons going to college in Germany? Remember Germany charges no tuition and if your from a poorer background the student can receive $700 Euros monthly in state aid/living expenses while they attend up to 5 years I believe and everyone (rich or poor) while attending college receives $379.00 Euros Monthly Automatically. Also as a student they have student apartments which cost around $180.00 Euros monthly including electricity, heating, phone, internet and cable. Another benefit of being a college or vocational student in Germany is the $1 Euro meals, you just show the local bar or restaurant your student pass and they only charge $1 Euro for the meal or in the school cafeteria. Also Transit Costs are reduced for students and also cultural centers let students in free or at a reduced price. The stories in the wall street journal about the mini jobs, etc were distorted! Its not an opinion but fact the above information on German Mini-job and benefits are factually! Why does the media or some media mislead Americans on these stories?
I put this article in the politics section cannot help yahoo puts it in the military section, lol
Again aside for being in the military section….All Tuition in Germany is now Free again! Also most students get $379 Euros monthly and those from certain backgrounds can get $700 Euros monthly for living expenses. Student apartments are around $180 Euros a month(including Utilities) while not every student can get this deal it does exist. The $1 Euro meals do exist many pubs when you show your student card will get reduced prices on their meals. For $500 Euros your Healthcare is covered along with reduced transit passes and free admission into many cultural centers. The Taxi driver I knew made good money in Essen, Germany he moved from Israel. Under the German Constitution it states that no person shall be hungry, homeless, without opportunity for college/technical training or healthcare. Welfare is available to anyone that needs it! Secondly the Unemployment Tax goes into a general fund and is pooled and is available to anyone that needs it. My Girlfriend in Germany received unemplo
How much has the British international English speaking liberal system of Hong Kong changed almost decades after the handover ?
The Hong Kong prior 1997 is very prosperous and had no PRC contamination coming in due to the “British system immunization bubble”, thus under this particular environment approaching the 1990s as the Hong Kong people have achieved more and more freedom and rights in their own hands in the 60+years of colonial rule then ever before and have learn t and understood this free market system, you have an ” International Utopia in Asia” – Pre 1997 British-Hong Kong was like a golden era – economically, standards of living, culture, development. etc., the Brit immune bubble Western system and international Hong Kongers and Chinese when mixed together proved to be a good chemical reaction.
Now how much has that “international liberal western system” of Hong Kong changed after the handover ? Is the PRC system and its cultural influence merging into Hong Kong bit by bit, eroding the special system because PRC is such a powerful super nation now – any attempts to resist is futile. If you compare to Hong Kong now in 2011 to a decade ago how much has changed ? And which direction is it heading down the path – more and more PRC China-Hong Kong chemical reaction like & less less international ? What do we hold for the future of this city ?
Hong Kong was one of the few truly westernized international cities where it’s not tainted by Nazi hypocrisies like other so-called “western democratic” countries (like f8cken australia ) and lets hope now that it doesn’t lose that balance to low grade Chinese communist mainland culture.
