I have back and leg pain the back spasams on my lower left side which prevent me from standing or walking which prevent me from doing a lot of everyday activities like can not stand in shower or lift myself out the bath as weakness. It started with sciattica not sure if it releated as tis started it got better I went to see a chiropractor for the spasms in my leg and that what made my back worse she used a teniquie where I lie on my front and she put pressure on my back as she said my muscles where locked? This has now been 8 weeks I had a MRI but no results yet?
Not sure if weight is a serious question or relevent as it is that I suddenly cannot straighten my spine without discomfort and pain I am overweight and working on losing some lbs
On Saturday I went to a fayre and the rides there don’t strap you in. I went on the rides there, including the bumper cars where I was thrown about considerably. Sunday and today I have been feeling a tenderness and slight achy dull pain in my middle to lower back. In the middle of my spine is where it feels like there should be a bruise but there isn’t one, it is just tender to touch. The dull ache tends to come when I’m seated causing me to figit. Standing, walking and running are the times when I don’t notice it. I have been taking paracetamol but it hasn’t been really done the trick. I don’t normally suffer from any back pain but also recently I have been sitting for long periods of time to do my exams as well as revision. My exercise has slipped a little meaning I haven’t been doing my normal amount due to my constant exams these past couple of weeks.
It may seem obvious what is causing my back pain but as I am young I tend to worry a lot about my health and assume the worst is about to befall me. I hope that someone out there can put my mind at ease and give me some back healing tips! Sorry for the long-winded paragraphs but I wanted to say in detail my exact feelings and the events surrounding recent times. Thank you to all that answer!

Basically, if I had a Google site about cheese, and I typed in cheese on the Google search engine would it show up? It would obviously be near the bottom, but would it be there? Also, how do you get it onto the Google search engine in the first place? So, CAN a Google site make it to the search engine, and HOW to get the site there?
I’m considering using Google AdSense. Google places an ad on yr website and pays you depending on how many people “click” on the ad. Any feedback before I sign up ?
